Founded by Emma and Jude (Em's mum) in October 2019, the Radical team has placed over 530 people who are furthest from the labour market - we call them our ‘Super Radicals’ - into good jobs, that offer fair pay in exchange for meaningful work.
B-Radical was set up to ensure the good work of Radical Recruit continues by providing pro bono leadership support and picking up the annual wage bill to ensure their small but mighty team can support Super Radicals to secure employment, become financially autonomous and build better lives for them and their families. So, when you use B-Radical services, you’re supporting the good work of Radical Recruit too.
Radical Recruit also offers select partners sponsorship opportunities. In return, their sponsors get access to a large pool of work ready entry level Radical talent, trauma informed leadership training and co-branded impact stories to share internally and across their digital channels.
